Trip Postponed More Dr.'s appt.

Hi folks, I have to postpone my trip for now. My Dr. scheduled me for an appt. with the Alaska Heart institute for some tests that last pretty much the whole day on Monday. I'm told that I can't have caffeine or chocolate  and I have to fast for 18 hrs. before my appt. Plus, the weather calls for rain this weekend and a trip while raining isn't much fun.

So, I will try to come up with something this weekend. I do want to say that, I am being very cautious with this Covid Virus, I am now wearing a mask wherever I go. We had a couple of cases here where I live so, that is too close to home. I hope all of you are staying safe and protecting yourselves. Thanks and take care.

We take daily doses of vitamin C, D3, and zinc. This supposed to ward off the virus if you come in contact with it.
Funny thing.... I did a short customer review comment on Amazon (where I get my vitamins) mentioned that we use this to avoid virus. And it was dis-allowed because it "violated their terms". (More censoring by big media/corp)

Hi Bigfoot, if it works for you that's great. If that's Amazon's rules, guess you have to follow them.

Hi! John, I hope everything goes well with your tests. I think the use of masks is going to be a standard thing for a while.
I for one don't want to take a chance on getting covid 19. You have been getting things done around your home! Looks good!
Take care and will be looking forward to your next post when you get time. KC

Hi KC, thanks. I just started wearing a mask because, we have 2 cases of Covid here in my small town, too close for me. Many businesses are requiring masks now. I am trying to get things done because, I am tired of working on stuff and want to start spending my time having fun. Thanks for stopping by.

Hiya John hope your test come out well. Yes it’s time to slow down on the work and enjoy life. Wearing a mask here also, certainly can’t take chances. I have 3 cousins who contacted the virus. One was mild and now recovered, 2 are not doing well but are home fighting the battle. It’s definitely a scary time we live in now, and doesn’t seem to be going away anytime soon. Seems like the more time I have on my hands staying home , the less I get done lol ... take care Bert From Bama

Good luck with your Dr. appointment, John and I applaud your decision to wear a mask. Here in NJ - it is SOP but that does not stop the tourists from trying to circumvent the "wearing of the mask" thing. Too many lives lost unnecessarily to make that choice even remotely viable! We are dealing with the Isaias storm here that is proceeding right over top of us throughout the day so there is no need to water the garden for a few days. Your decision to take some time to have fun is wonderful to see and goes a long way to achieving that balance in our lives......Enjoy.

Hey John. Personally I never gave a crap about the political end of the mask garbage.I wore one out of sheer interest in self preservation, if it had turned out to be pointless, what did I have to lose? lol Plus I have family members who have compromised health and i'm not going to be responsible for anyone else's death. Hope your appointments go well. Take care, M.

Hi C, I am not that fond of wearing a mask but, the number of deaths don't lie. When I heard there were 2 deaths in my small community that is too close. So, the decision was easy. I hope the Isaias storm isn't too bad. Thanks for stopping by

Hey M, wise choice. I don't understand the people who refuse to wear a mask, either they don't understand the possible ramifications or don't care. Yes, the decision for me was easy. Take care M

Hi Bert, sorry, I thought I did answer it. I'm glad your better and your 1 cousin. I hope the other two will be ok. I just decided that I had to many projects going and decided to let my friend Matt do the projects for me while I have some time away for myself. Thanks for stopping by. Take care
