2016

Well, this has been a crazy year for me, some ups and some downs but, I survive it. I especially wish for those of you who have had some setbacks with health problems or other problems, I hope this year will be a better one. I for one, will not make any resolutions specifically. But, I will put an effort in making the New Year a year of personal changes.

I haven't done much with my blogs so, hopefully I will make my posts a whole lot interesting. I sort of lost interest for a while and was just plain lazy.

Anyway, I am hoping for a better world in the coming New Year. I hope for people all over to strive to make our environment cleaner, save our National forests. Nature, the Wilderness  and Wildlife need to be preserved for those in the now and future. I myself am going to work on the impacts that I make on the Environment

So again, I appreciate all of you who have stuck with my blog and those of you who have just arrived. Again

HAPPY NEW YEAR

Happy New Year John! I myself have some things I'd like to change myself this coming year. Like you I hope to make a lesser impact around me but I really want to simplify things in my life; less electronics and must- haves to just living the way I want. Anyway hope 2016 is good for you. Enjoy the blog too!

John......Although I am a fairly new reader of your blog, I do appreciate that you encourage each of us to make a difference in our own worlds - whether it be personal growth or to effect changes that will impact our world. This past year I have made a few discoveries and although they have been relatively small, the impact has been large on both my life and future goals. Sometimes trusting and following your heart, even when it is unclear where it will lead brings about the most prolific improvement for us all. Bottom line, we all have the ability to live more in sync with our world and all life that shares it. Happy New Year, it is my wish that we all continue to make discoveries about ourselves, the world we live in and each other! Chris

Hi Chris, thanks. I'm happy you have found some things to change personally and worldly. At my age, I have looking more deeply and making discoveries I never recognized. There are people who think the Environment is just fine, they are wrong, these are people whose personal beliefs are there political beliefs. Thanks for making a difference.

I enjoy your photos and a window into your way of living 'way up north.' Also follow with interest your look at life and what changes each of us can make to live more lightly on this one and only earth. Best wishes for a good year ahead.

Hi northco, thanks much. I have always had an interest in our Environment but, as I get older, I find myself taking a more active role.

Wonder boy that last year went fast! I agree very much so that everyone should think and follow through on how they can make
A difference in the preservation of our wildlife and help to better the environment for the future generations. I enjoy your blog, the Picts and your words of wisdom! Take care and enjoy the snow! KC

Happy New Year John!
I look forward to another year of reading your blog and all the wonderful photos. I agree we all need to make a change on how we see the world and the environment around us. I hope you can share some of the things you are doing to encourage us to do the same. Thanks for letting us take a peak into your everyday life in the north in 2015.

Hey John, how's the weather up there? Are you getting more cold and snow than last year?

Bushrat John said...

Hi Carol, seems to be another strange Winter. It's been a mixture of cold and warm, snow and rain. I just can't figure it out anymore. So, I pretty much go day by day. I hope everything is well with you and the family. Stay tuned for a new post today or tomorrow.
