Hey John Hope you had a good 4th... I spent the day bouncing around on the salt water with the kids.. Put some Halibut away for winter meat. How's your little garden doing? The peas have been in blossom mode for a good week now. Hope to put some up for winter if I can keep the damned moose out of the garden. They really love pea vines. Already put some broccoli in the freezer and the Cauliflower is starting to look good. Did you do any King fishing this year? I didn't wet a line because of all the restrictions in effect. I'm hoping the Coho show up in good numbers.. Well Tip up and tight lines.
Old John

Hi John. Sorry I sort of fell off the map for so long. Things are okay here. With my daughter's illness and my former partner's retirement, my life was pretty stressful for awhile. Still is.

It looks like I missed a big happening in your life. Sorry it didn't work out like you were hoping. I keep thinking of you and hoping that you find that special someone. I'm glad you are coming to terms with the timing not being right. I'm sure there is someone out there for you...

We had a nice 4th. Kenai always puts on a nice parade. This year it lasted over an hour. We then invited some friends over last-minute and cleaned the house all day to make it presentable - I'd been too busy and stressed to clean for too long...

I don't know if I will blog any more, but I'll try to keep in touch with you on your blog. I do enjoy it.
