Goods times are near

Hi everyone, as I have told you, a surprise is coming and it is near. In about one more week you all will find out the surprise. I am really enjoying the comments from my last post, very humorous, got me laughing at them. In the meantime not much is happening, it is raining again and the mosquitoes are still a nuisance. I took a few photos to show you until I can come up with a better post.

New Cinnamon rolls

I call these "PIGTAIL ROLLS", LOL

Threw this guy some chicken livers that were old. He was happy.

This little guy attached himself to my window for quite awhile.

These flowers are growing in my yard and out front

This is my garden so far, more to come though.
Celery and Moroccan Mint. I am told, the mint is good for making tea.

Well folks, that's it for this week. Starting next week, I will be posting more and more. Many things will be happening. So, have a nice weekend and take care.

John, you are such a stinker!! :)
It is kind of fun to keep people guessing, isn't it?!

Your pigtails look yummy. Pretty flowers..love the wild roses, had those in Iowa, too. I have grown celery from the bottom of the bunch I bought....they really did grow, which amazed me! Mint is good, just keep it in a container as it goes wild!

Waiting impatiently on your reveal!!

Blessings!

See, now with the picture of Max you got me second guessing myself. I'm thinking that I was all wet, and Debbie was right.

Hi John, I can't wait for the big reveal! Your pigtails look yummy! The flower is a wild rose bush and in the fall it will have some berry looking things called rosehips which you can make rosehip jelly or syrup. You can't just eat them as they have little sharp hairs inside them. You just boil them in water to get the juice. Research them online. They are very high in vitamin C. The mint does make a lovely tea. I add some honey to sweeten. Your celery is certainly taking off. The mosquitoes are here too John. Dang things! We also have blackflies that bite. I am not sure which is worse! Well John I can't wait until next week to read about what's happening up north. Until then, take care my friend.

well, if you must torture me by making me wait for the news, then at least smoosh one of those pigtail rolls thru. :o)

Hi simply, I am excited about the Wild Roses, they have never been here before. I'm sure to have fun harvesting them. I don't care for blackflies, rather deal with mosquitoes.

John said...

I would Debbie but, they are gone, lol. Didn't take long to polish them off.
